Step-by-Step Cleaning Process:

Ensure the power is turned off on the Power plug before cleaning
-
Use neutral toilet cleaner/ detergent with soft cloth 1 (Microfibre). (Do not use strong or alkaline cleaners)
-
Clean the exterior surface of WASHLET with the soft cloth 1 (Microfibre).
-
Proceed to clean the interior surface of WASHLET with the soft cloth 1 (Microfibre).

Next, clean the interior surface of the WASHLET seat with the soft cloth 1 (Microfibre).
-
Wipe off cleaner/detergent residue on the exterior and interior surface of WASHLET with another soft damp cloth 2 (Microfibre).
-
Proceed wiping off the cleaner/detergent residue on the interior surface of WASHLET with the soft damp cloth 2 (Microfibre).
-
Next, wipe off the cleaner/detergent residue on the exterior surface of the seat with the soft damp cloth 2 (Microfibre).
-
Switch on the power once cleaning is completed.

Proceed wiping off the cleaner/detergent residue on the interior surface of WASHLET with the soft damp cloth 2 (Microfibre).

Push the button on the side of WASHLET to expose the hidden area of the bowl.

Clean the hidden area with neutral toilet cleaner/detergent with a soft cloth 1 (Microfibre). (Do not use strong or alkaline cleaners). Note: The hidden area which is underneath the WASHLET unit needs to be cleaned.

Wipe off cleaner/detergent residue with another soft damp cloth 2 (Microfibre).

Slide the WASHLET unit toward the wall to return to its original placement.
-
Ensure the power on the switch is turned on before proceeding to the next step.

Select the program feature found on the controller for nozzle cleaning.

Clean the nozzle with a soft damp cloth 2 (Microfibre) without the user of cleaner/detergent.
-
Stop the nozzle cleaning on the controller.
-
Slide out the deodorising filter underneath the WASHLET.
-
Clean the deodorising filter with a tooth brush.
-
For a thorough cleaning, clean the deodorising filter with a toothbrush under running water.
-
Dry the deodorising filter with a soft cloth 3 (Microfibre).

Slide back in the deodorising filter underneath the WASHLET
