Wall top assemblies feature a separate hot and cold handle whereas wall mixers combine the hot and cold to our handle. In essence the main difference lies in the ease of controlling the temperature. This depends on your aesthetic preference.

Can I replace a Wall Top Assembly with a Wall Mixer and vice-versa?

Replacement will involve changes made to the existing tiling. Changing from a wall mixer to wall top assembly will require drilling into the tile. From a wall top assembly to mixer and there will be an additional hole. It is recommended to consult with your tradespeople for installation.
