Terms & Conditions:
It is mandatory that installer must inspect and report any damage or defect of the product being installed. In case of faulty/damaged product, the installers should have a proof of purchase to organize a replacement or a repair.
Warranty is not valid when:
- Customer can not verify purchase of product. Item not installed by a licensed installer and/or not installed following installation instructions and local water by laws.
- Damage caused by cleaning and maintenance that do not comply with the instructions enclosed with the product.
- Damage caused by the use of strong chemical.
- Damage due installation errors or any accident caused by the purchaser.
