Terms & Conditions:

  • The warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, or any mechanical components that may fail.

  • It also does not cover the normal deterioration of a sauna after typical and proper usage such as scratches, dents, or stains which do not affect the product's functionality.

  • The owner’s manual includes instructions for general maintenance which is the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • The labour warranty covers the cost of labour to replace defective or damaged parts.

  • Responsibility for freight or transport expenses incurred in delivering the product to the place of purchase falls upon the customer. 

  • Responsibility for freight or transport expenses incurred in delivering the product to the place of purchase falls upon the customer. 

  • This warranty is valid for the original owner of the equipment and is not transferable.

  • Responsibility for freight or transport expenses incurred in delivering the product to the place of purchase falls upon the customer.

  •  It does not cover any damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, damage caused by weather, incorrect assembly/installation, conjunctive usage with other equipment and applications, repairs performed by anyone other than our pre-approved service technician or any commitments made be any external warranty.
